Aether Vernice offers world class customer service. Live staff, personal responses, direct answers to questions and incredibly flexible, accommodating solutions individually tailored to provide our clients with the absolute highest level of service.

We accept all returns within 15 days. Samples are not returnable.

We can typically ship your order within 24 hrs. Custom coatings can take longer depending on the request. We ship via FedEx with tracking within North American. We ship with DHL for orders anywhere else but can work with any freight forwarder.
